Description
This artwork of the Texas Rangers' pitching legend Nolan Ryan is a mixed media collage. Made up entirely of splattered acrylic paint and baseball cards, it shows him getting ready to throw another pitch after having been struck in the mouth from a line drive by another legendary player, Bo Jackson. Despite being badly cut on his lip, Ryan at an 43 years old kept on pitching. Most all of the cards used to create this collage were of Nolan Ryan himself, however many other hall of famers and major stars are scattered throughout. No common players' cards were used for this piece. Only PH neutral and acid free glue was used.
