In August, 2011, we were visiting Newfoundland. In Northwest Newfoundland lies the town of Saint Anthonly and in Saint Anthony Bay we found many huge icebergs, all slowly melting after their long trip from the ice fields of Greenland. Along with being awed at the beauty, we were saddened because we knew the meaning of this here-to-for rare event: evidence of global warming in front of our eyes: a bittersweet experience.
I am a fine art photographer from Grand Rapids Michigan, now living in Claremont, California. From 1997 through 2015, my husband and I lived in an RV, traveling across the United States, Canada and Mexico. We have also visited many countries around the world, mostly with Grand Circle Tours and Overseas Adventure Tours. Traveling has provided me with countless opportunities to photograph an extensive range of people, places, flora, fauna and anything else that captures my attention. I have displayed my photographs in exhibits West Michigan area exhibits and on Fine Art America.com. My first eleven collections are subjects placed in alphabetical order.
